Terms of Sale
These terms are valid exclusively between the company Vecoli & C Sas, PI: 01045450465, with registered office at Corso Garibaldi, 33, 55049 Viareggio (LU), hereinafter referred to as “Giovanni Vecoli,” and any person making online purchases on the website giovannivecoli.it, hereinafter referred to as “CLIENT.” These conditions may be subject to modifications, and the date of publication on the website is equivalent to the effective date.
These terms govern purchases made on the website www.giovannivecoli.it, in accordance with Part III, Title III, Chapter I of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 and Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 on e-commerce.
1 – Object of the Contract
These general terms of sale regulate the remote sale of tangible movable goods indicated and offered for sale on the website www.giovannivecoli.it. The contract is finalized exclusively via the web channel by the CLIENT accessing www.giovannivecoli.it and placing a purchase order according to the procedure provided on the website.
The CLIENT undertakes to review these general terms of sale before confirming their order, particularly the pre-contractual information provided by Giovanni Vecoli, and to accept them by checking the designated box.
In the order confirmation email, the CLIENT will receive a link to download and store a copy of these general terms of sale, as required by Article 51, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.
2 – Pre-contractual Information for the Consumer – Article 49 of Legislative Decree 206/2005
Before concluding the purchase contract, the CLIENT is informed of the characteristics of the goods illustrated in the individual product sheets at the time of selection.
Before finalizing the purchase and confirming the order with “obligation to pay,” the CLIENT is informed about:
The total price of the goods, including taxes, with a breakdown of shipping costs and any other expenses;
Payment methods;
The delivery timeframe within which Giovanni Vecoli commits to delivering the goods;
Conditions, terms, and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal (Article 6 of these conditions), including the standard withdrawal form as per Annex I, Part B of Legislative Decree 21/2014;
The CLIENT’s obligation to bear the return costs in case of withdrawal;
The existence of the legal guarantee of conformity for purchased goods;
After-sales assistance conditions and commercial guarantees provided by Giovanni Vecoli.

3 – Conclusion and Effectiveness of the Contract
The sales contract is considered concluded when Giovanni Vecoli sends the CLIENT an order confirmation email. This email includes the CLIENT’s details, order number, purchased goods price, shipping costs, delivery address, and a link to print and store a copy of these conditions.
The CLIENT agrees to verify the accuracy of personal data in the confirmation email and promptly notify Giovanni Vecoli of any corrections.
Giovanni Vecoli commits to describing and presenting the products sold on the website as accurately as possible. However, some errors, inaccuracies, or minor differences between the website and the actual product may occur. Additionally, product photos on www.giovannivecoli.it are not contractual elements but purely representative.
Giovanni Vecoli commits to delivering goods within 3-4 business days from the confirmation email.
4 – Product Availability
Product availability refers to actual availability at the time the CLIENT places the order. This availability is purely indicative as multiple users may purchase the same product simultaneously, resulting in stock depletion before order confirmation.
Even after the confirmation email, partial or total unavailability of the goods may occur. In such cases, the order will be automatically adjusted by removing the unavailable product, and the CLIENT will be promptly notified via email.
If the CLIENT requests order cancellation and contract termination, Giovanni Vecoli will refund the amount paid within 7 days of learning the CLIENT’s decision.
5 – Payment Methods
CLIENT payments can only be made via the credit cards indicated on www.giovannivecoli.it, PayPal, or cash on delivery.
For credit card payments, the order amount will only be charged once the order is complete and ready for shipment.
For PayPal payments, the charge will be made upon sending the order confirmation email.
6 – Prices
All product prices listed on giovannivecoli.it are in Euros and include VAT.
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price but are displayed at checkout before payment.
The CLIENT accepts that Giovanni Vecoli may modify prices at any time, but purchases will be invoiced based on the prices listed on the website at the order creation time and confirmed via email.
In case of a technical, manual, or any other error resulting in an unintended price alteration (excessively high or low), the purchase order will be invalid, canceled, and refunded within 7 days.
7 – Right of Withdrawal
According to current legal provisions, the CLIENT has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying a reason within 14 days from the product receipt date.
GIOVANNI VECOLI EXTENDS THIS TERM TO 30 DAYS, ALLOWING THE CLIENT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM PRODUCT RECEIPT.
The CLIENT must communicate their withdrawal decision via an explicit declaration sent by registered mail or through the “My Orders” section in the “My Account” space on www.giovannivecoli.it.
The CLIENT may also use the standard withdrawal form from Annex I, Part B of Legislative Decree 21/2014.
8 – Legal Warranty of Conformity
If the CLIENT receives defective or non-conforming products, they are entitled to a free repair or replacement. The CLIENT can exercise this right within two years of delivery and must report the defect within two months of discovery.
9 – Commercial Warranty
All products on giovannivecoli.it include a commercial warranty in addition to the legal conformity warranty, as indicated in the product descriptions.
10 – Delivery Methods
Products are delivered via express courier to the address provided by the CLIENT within 7 business days of order confirmation.
For each order, an invoice is issued and available in the “My Orders” section in the CLIENT’s “My Account” space.
11 – Liability
Giovanni Vecoli is not responsible for service disruptions due to force majeure, including internet failures, that prevent order execution within the contract timeframe.
12 – Website Access
The CLIENT has the right to access the website for consultation and purchases. Any commercial use of the website content is prohibited.
13 – Cookies
The website giovannivecoli.it uses cookies to enhance user experience. The CLIENT can disable cookies in browser settings, but this may prevent online purchases.
14 – Integrity
These General Terms of Sale consist of all the clauses that comprise them. If one or more provisions of these General Terms of Sale are deemed invalid or declared as such by law, regulation, or a decision of a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue to be fully effective and enforceable.
15 – Personal Data Processing
Giovanni Vecoli processes customer data solely for managing the contractual sales relationship. Although providing such data is not mandatory, it is necessary for contract execution. These data are collected in paper and electronic archives managed by Giovanni Vecoli (responsible for personal data processing) and processed strictly as required for contractual purposes. Such data include (but are not limited to): name, surname, company name, residence, registered office, tax code, VAT number, etc. These data will only be transmitted to individuals involved in Giovanni Vecoli’s business process and who process them in compliance with specific legal obligations.
At any time, the customer may exercise their rights under Legislative Decree 196/2003 and EU Regulation No. 2016/679, including knowing their personal data, how they are used, requesting updates, corrections, deletions, blocking, or objecting to their processing for legitimate reasons by writing to:
